It's a fake. People are making 'Fake' GM accounts to try and scam people. Just block whispers or ignore them. Also, report.

Lol it amazes me how people don't know of the actual name restrictions. You can make any char being name based.. I've made a chars with Ber at the ended of them. Your just not allowed to make names with full world names "Bera" "Scania" "Windia" however you can make names "BER" "SCA" "WIN
