Keylogged and caught Him

Ok so i was surfing the internet and randomly a popup came up and told me **** (account info confirmed). I panicked and changed all my info to my account. 3 days later i get hacked on my NL. I lost about 2bill worth of equips. I went into mts and searched up stuff i had lost and guess what? I saw my 61att craven unhammered, yellow snowshoes 5dex 3int, 14attck lv 50 thief wg on under a character named "fans" in MTS. This guy probably hacked a few other people too seeing there are other people's equips that didn't belong to me. What should i do?

If hes as good as you say then you have 0% chance of getting items back, even if nexon banned him i'm sure its one of his many mule chars. Also when i read you caught him i thought you meant you tracked IP and actually found the person, even if there person selling your items is the one who hacked you, you have no proof that he, A. Was the hacker responsible or B. Bought it and is reselling it not knowing it was a hacked item.

You should've changed your info on another computer with a different Internet system, then call the geek squad to get rid of your key logger.

I think I know. Yeah it's. Keylogger but the pic is suppose to prevent it since it's always random. So when you changed your info it recorded you changing it because after all, to change an account password and go into your email for it doesn't require random buttons in random spots. So that's how he got you, it probably was suppose to make you panic so you would change it for him to see.
