The Thing I remember I watched it when I was ten. It was one of the only times I was ever home alone at night. I was so determined to watch it that I turned on every light in the house. As I kept watching it I kept thinking people were behind me but I continued to force myself to watch it so I eventually stood in the kitchen and listened to the end of the movie while every once in a while peeking in to watch for a few seconds. I'm watching it again tonight. I'm sure I'll be basiling at the same time because once again, I'll be freaked the crap out.

I have literally never been scared by a movie other that IT when I watched it as a 10 year old. There have been movies that disturbed me or made me feel uneasy, but none other than ^ that actually terrified me.
