Ok, this is probably a stupid question. But would a NL with 90 Base Dex, using a Timeless Lampion Deal out Good damage? Edit: Assuming you had decent equips to go along with it.

90 dex is considered low dex if you are using a weapon that requires 160 dex Lol Considering that the lampion is decently scrolled 75 atk+ and the other equips are good, then yeah you should dish out good damage

Low-dex sticks with the whole '30~60Dex' part. Anything above 60 in my opinion is basically regular dex. There's dexless Pescas users and such. 90 in my opinion, isn't 'Low-dex'.

Low-Dex means that your dex is lower than the required amount to wear your level's equips. That's why it is called low dex. Regular dex means your base dex is enough to wear your current level's equips. It changes all the way to 120. A level 30 Assassin with 60 dex is certainly not low dex. The numbers always change, but if your base dex is lower than required, you are considered low dex. That is fact.
