I've been spamming in the FM Ch1 for about an hour, and no one trades me. It seems impossible to find these in Windia, or on Basil. If anyone's selling, i'll buy.

I already have a 52 Accuracy DS for my BW page D:<.... Yeah, that's right, 30% Acc scrolls lol xD (it has lower attk tho =/) Nobody NPC's though...At least I would hope not

Either they NPC them or stash them away for storage because there's more profitable things that they can sell.
