Cake and pie medals glitch

Why do i keep getting cakes medal when im on pies team. I kept dropping it and asking for a new one but it is always cake.! PLZ HELP

do you get only pies when you hunt from monsters? cause depending which slices you get is your already determined team i think, unless there was some other way to choose which side you are on, cause i get pie slices, ajnd got pie medal.

It is not a glitch, they did this to discourage cheating, it wouldn't be much of a contest if the ENTIRE POPULATION OF BASILMARKET went the same team along with all of their buddies, guildies, etc. This way it ensures that both teams have lots of players, and it is an actual competition, not everyone on basilmarket, team up against the two guys who went cake.
