World Transfer Glitch

This is for my cousin: I used my world transfer last week and when I got on today, I was still in Mardia. I was trying to transfer to Bera but it never happened despite the patch. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do besides log a ticket? Those take MONTHS to get a reply and I don't wanna wait play AFTER summer break..

I world xfered this patch to mardia to bello and it worked, sometimes it takes acuple of patches, don't worry
