so far, it's only used for durability items. everyone just assumes/speculates that it works for every single untradeable item in maple. can't wait to see after the patch.

GMS psok is basically going to be a Dsok- can only trade durability items. Hence the D. i doubt we will have the ability to trade untradeable items, exg : mon reverse branch noses mousekit, ect, there is almost a 99% chance that this will not happen. also nexon has only said its for durability items and not for others , if it was for others nexon would haev said.
