talk to cassandra to get a piece of paper. thent alk to gaga everyday to get a dif color crayon. 7 of them. then double clik the paper to enlarge it adn drag the crayons over onto it once its full take back tocassandra and tadah

Eat clouds until ur poo becomes A cotton Kind of material then t Cassandra too knit it into an overall, then eat the overall and some more clouds, and BOOM when you poop it out it is a cloud robe, quite an easy process

he Can't buy one from someone because the current price is around 5-10m and karma scissors are 3.4 K( I think) and that transfers to more than 22m-24m therefor Currently they aren't worth The Karma, But i suggest you try to get one of some noob because the prices will definitely rise.
