Heroes of Newerth is exiting beta stages and is going on retail sale on May 12th. The kicker is that you will now need to pay for your account to play but is only a one time purchase of $30. Even though that may not seem like a lot, a lot of people are just not going to pay for it just because. For all the free beta accounts that were created you can not play anymore until you pay. I know I'm sure as hell not going to pay. Time to delete a great, dedicated-to-DotA game off my computer.

let me reread that email edit: fix'd @narc it was real good, tons of characters to choose from. i think it was over 30 or close to 40 to choose from so games were always different and fun

i haven't been able to play since the update crash from late march-early april. and now that i see i'm never going to play it again makes me sad. sand wraith was my man, he was one of the few guys i played. i just loved how far his missle spell could go. other times i was usually torturer but not a very good one

lets get this straight everyone is going to be playing the KOTOR MMO, everyone. atleast if they dont rush it like AOC and have a mass failure and quit rate. BETA=GOOD
