Himes and Galloperas

I keep seeing the word Himes everywhere, like it is a training place. If it is where is it? If its a monster what level is it? I also see Galloperas listed everywhere. These two places/monsters really confuse me. Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks, Devinechaos3

Himes are called Dreamy Ghosts on GMS, they are located at Zipangu. Gallopera or Gallos/Gallops are named that, monsters located in Malasya. Edit: Himes are level 100 and Gallos are 94.

Seeing as this is in the Mage section, I'd just like to ask what level is good to start training there as an i/l mage? OT: Yeah, lol, it really confused me at first too. I'm guessing Hime's is the Korean name for it? But just listen to the first poster ^.^

Zipangu is suposed to be part Japan on MS. Thus all the delicacys sold there. SO that is why the name is Jap. As an I/L it would be at around 95, but it is expensive. Staying at Gallos untill 100+ is way more pot and EXP friendly.

@above: Lol, Himes sounds like a bad idea (I'm insanely poor =.=). I guess whenever I get around to levelling to 95, I'll start Gallo-ing (... that sounds weird). But it's a pretty popular place right? I know a lot of leech gets sold there, so what are the chances there's a free channel?

@above Theres a low chance of getting a channel. Even if u find a free channel they might just ks u :o.

[/quote] They're both pretty popular maps, but the chances of finding a Hime channel are a bit higher from my own experience. Himes aren't as pot friendly, but if you learn how to telecast properly, everything should be fine!

Hime= hi-me which means princess. If you go to the dreamy ghost map you'll see that they look like princesses and that was their jap name before shrine came to GMS. Most priests hime from 70-89(or as high as you want to) with a DK, and gallo the rest of the way to bishop. Althernatively, they could gallo as soon as they get shining ray lv15 although they might get ksed and they won't get any party exp. Not sure about F/P but i think they can gallo as soon as they have decent mist (lv15?). Himes are only good for priests and dks.

I actually found Himes a low pot burn when I went there. Using Ice Strike you can freeze and mob 'em all up.... For classes that can't freeze... Eh..
