So yeah.. i had state exams and i had to get ready.. i havent logged for a month and now my main account is permanently banned. . . Oh yeah. i logged a ticket about 4 months ago about something stupid and its still open so i can't log a ticket. Yay? ._.

My suggestion to you is keep sending tickets and complaining until they unban it. I got p banned at a zakum glitch and then i checked my account 3 months later and it was unbanned. Try to word your ticket better, like explain the actual situation. If you just got banned by not knowing and logging in ask THEM what happened to your account.

That doesnt make sense. How can you have a ticket logged in for months which means you logged a ticket before you got banned? !~If I were you I would notify basil. Spreading the news that you got banned by taking a break and spreading it and making it a controversy here on basil, and then sending the link to the post on basil, notifies Nexon that there really is a glitch like that. That's what I did and Id idnt stop till i got unbanned and then I got unbanned 3 months later.

just cancel the previous ticket... and yes, it does take many months for a response, so in the meantime, finding something else to play. Either a new account, or a new game.
