Fly or Teleport?

So long ago... So, would you rather be able to fly at extremely high speeds that the human body is capable of handling, or teleport anywhere you want in a matter of seconds. Of course, for flying it would take practice to reach high speeds, and I would say one could possibly go up to 200 miles per hour with this new power, and it would only take as much energy as walking does (So 1 hour of flying is like 1 hour of walking, no matter the distance). With this new ability, your body would adapt to abnormal temperatures in the sky and you would be able to fly into space with no harm. Addition Remember you are flying at extremely high speeds, and you will definitely be trained in stealth, so dodging bullets would be fairly easy. However, dodging large missiles might give you some trouble But if you choose the ability to teleport, you would be able to go any place you want in less than a second, making you able to go any place you want without the hassle of driving, flying, or going on boat. You would have more time than ever, and be able to go to school 1 minute before it started rather than having to wake up so early and drive for 5-10 minutes. Not only that, but you have complete control over this ability and can transport any one you want along with you. The downside to this is that it uses up immense amounts of energy depending on how often you use it. Going a distance of 1 mile would be the same as walking 100 meters. Addition : You can technically teleport any distance you want, but if you go for extremely long distances like Across the world, then you'd immediately fall down and take a 1 hour nap. So, after seeing all the pros and cons to each one, which would you choose? Fly or Teleport? Should've made this a poll...whatever.

Teleporting. If you get picked on, call the dude out. Then when you're fighting, constantly teleport behind him and beat the crap out of him.

The teleporting is kind of useless if it drains so much energy. If I could train my body to become used to being drained like that, I'd definitely go for teleporting. Otherwise, guess it's flying.
