Question on the Scroll for Evan's Glasses?

Hi, I would like to know if the scrolls for the Evan Glasses will be available after May 4th, the end of this patch. I want to know if I can still get them at levels, or are they only available through gachapon after May 4th. Please reply, and thanks

Ive been having the same questions. Luckily Ill be 50 on TheCensus tonight, and hopefully 60 by the end of this "event"
