| yeah, the program does calculations and data and saves them in temporary files because if it doesn't, RAM will build up very fast and eventually it will cause the program to crash. Tell him to check his hard drive (memory storage) in the file where maple is installed. If it's too low, he needs to make room for that. |

| Error code:error -2147024858 (reached end of file)? It means one of your files (WZ) is either corrupted or missing. If he can still play other characters then it most likely means that Map.wz is corrupted, delete and reinstall should fix this error. |
