Maplestory wants to eat my keyboard. WTF?

I recently came back to maple after awhile and after playing for about an hour, any button except for cntrl, alt, or space, closes maplestory and pulls up random stuff. For instance, when I press B it pulls up windows search. When I press M it brings up the microsoft text reader. When I press enter it switches maple between full screen and windowed. When I press L is brings up my firefox bookmarks. The only way to fix it is to completely reset my computer; however, as soon as I play for an hour it go berzerk again. wtf :O?

im pretty sure my alt button isn't jammed but ill check that out. is there anyway of testing that to make sure it really is or is not?

Either Alt's jammed or you keep activating Sticky Keys. Outside the game hit Shift five times and see if you can turn it off.

You can restart the computer or do alt+ctrl+delete. This opens the task manager thing. It usually fixes the problem for me.

Uh not sure if this is the same problem, but it sounds similar. If you're on Vista/Windows 7, hold both ctrl and alt buttons or a few seconds.

lol, happened to me today! just a few minutes ago. hold alt down for ten seconds and it will fix it. happy mapling!

Or you can change user and go back after. It actually works for me. :D

Yeah it's an alt problem. Had that quite a few times. Do it the stupid examining way, or just hit the alt key with a lot o' pressure
