Am I training wrongly?

I have a level 55 (just got it to 55 a few mins ago, after training) and I trained it at MP3. I turned on my 2x exp half hour buff and started training@ 63% and (everything before that was final blow quest+cpq2) At the end of my half hour buff, I had lv 55@ 2%, bringing me to a total of approx 39% in half an hour... on 2x exp, which would be 40% an hour on 1x burned 216 unagis a sore finger And, I checked the aran %/hr thread, and someone level 52 got 75% an hour at MP3 on 1x exp with level 4 combo drain. So, I'm wondering am I doing something wrong while training? Is there a special way to train with arans for maximum output? I just go to the platform, bash things up, get 30 combo, put on drain and combo smash after every other 30 hit combo. With a full map to yourself, i would suggest killing the middle layer to get drain, then kill the top platform until there are none left (or until you have 30 combothe drop down and smash all on the lowest platform. MP3 is a very quick way of levelling, especially for an aran. EDIT: @above, i had 19x accuracy (and still do) at level 5x. (28 base dex)

My bad it's 85, I think I read something else. And MP3 is really a pot burn too D: dex w/o equips: 40

If you want to level as fast as possible, you don't waste a 30 combo to cast Drain, and just continually follow Smash after Smash after Smash. Although your damage is a little low (compared to those who normally throw themselves in the %/hr thread), and without a 1hko from Smash... there's probably where your lack of %/hr is coming from. EDIT: Plus you miss, which factors in a lot too.

Also, I just died there due to lag and I lost 10% wtf?
