Whenever I'm all done with the soap at the sink and I'm about to throw it out, my mom always takes it and sticks it to the new one.

So that's what it's called. Soap grafts look disgusting, there's one in a bowl near the sink that must be made with at least 8 soaps bathing in dissolved soap soup. I use liquid soap now

I've heard of more disgusting ways to save money. like the used juice popsicles and whatnot. or turning one two ply toilet paper into two one plies then using one square of it.

What's wrong with that? I don't do it, but it's soap. It's not like she's mixing the soap with poop and vomiting on it, then putting it on another piece.
