help im confused about a guy i know

theres this guy, he's a really nice guy, like the church boy sort of nice. He's shy and he never got in trouble during class, he's always following the rules but i got moved right next to him for talking and about 5 minutes later he starts listening to music on his headphone while the teacher's talking, I've never seen him going against the rules during class. so i thought wow, this guy must really not even want to hear me breath.. plus I sometimes i feel him staring angirly my way. but i like this guy, and i can't find a reason why he hates me..we never talked to each other.. how do i approach someone that hates me this much and not knowing the reason for it..?

If you two sit next to each other then there will be lots of opportunities for both of you to talk, don't assume he hates you though. Take it slow.

That guy that you described is kinda like me. I follow rules and such but I pretty much ignore the people around me unless there my friends. I guess all you can do is talk to him like your would normally. He probably doesn't hate you but just wants to avoid talking because he doesn't like talking to strangers?

maybe hes just one of those super quite guys like me. and it will take some while before he starts talking to you.like me this girl tried for months to get a word out of me but when my friends came around i was talkative.
