I got home from school early today, so I set up a shop while eating lunch. I then come back to the computer, listen to my ipod and chat with my bl and guild. Then this DC hacker comes along and starts whispering me. I learned from basil that if you disable, you dc from maple faster, so I just let him whisper me for about 10 minutes, and I never got DCd. I got several screenshots. I find some of them quite humorous. I never did DC. He ended up getting mad and started to DC others around me. DC hackers also tried to dc me, too bad it didnt work and ive made screenshots of them trying to dc hack me. But i'm such a nice person that i wont report these 2 persons (nah jk im too lazy to report and nexon community stinks)

It's not a d/c hacker just some random noob that think he d/c you with whisper spam... D/c hack is more like your whole screen freeze and if your PC/connection isn't great maple will shut down. Trust me if that was a d/c hacker you wouldn't been able to chat or see others chat, and he for sure won't be able to chat.

I said in the first post that I lagged, didn't I? At first, I only lagged for a few seconds, being able to talk back to him in whisper. Then he spammed the packets for about five or ten minutes, and then he stopped, and all of the chat that was happening while I was lagging, came back. So I scrolled and took screenshots of it. And I guess my connection is really good since I only lagged. But I promise you he was d/c hacking. He d/cd about five other people in the FM.

[/quote] It can become a battle of computer strength if you are dealing with someone with a really bad connection/computer They need to send packets fast enough that your comp can't keep up and forces a closure of maple
