It doesnt really matter for ingame, its when you do online battles and things, you want the right nature(s)

Typhlosion is best off with pure SpA, but a SpA/Atk spread would be ok too (so you can Eruption properly).

Blastburn is bad. Adamant is bad. You'll want 252 special attack and 252 speed evs with a modest or timid nature. Then you'll want to use Fireblast OR FlameThrower. No point in both.
