Training speed slow?

So I guess pirates have one of the lowest DPM. If this is true do they train slow?

you guessed wrong. Specify which pirate and what job specifically. Brawler/Marauder/Bucc - relatively fast training Gunslinger - slow Outlaw - medium Corsair - medium? faster than other ranged class.

In terms of damage output in a 1v1 situation, Buccs wouldn't do very well while Corsairs would do quite well. However, Buccs are greater mobbers than Corsairs, as far as I know, making them better "trainers."

im at himes and it getting slow for me level 113 D: 0.02% per kill 0.04% 2x per kill 0.08% 4x per kill but hey im going to level 3 times during the event =O so yaa

Marauders / buccaneers have one of the higher training rates out of the classes because of their abilities to move around quickly and to mob efficiently. Really they're only out-classed by mages because of the mage ultimates. However, when you hit 4th job, training is just sucky in general. You're going to continue getting .02% per kill or less for a looong time.

But then again, most NL's don't get it until very late....

At my level as a marauder I'm training ultra fast thanks to blast finally being able to mob 4.
