Dual Blades are overrated

Yes, they have flashy skills and animations Yes, they wear two weapons but when it comes down to it, they are just for the looks I know many people are going to disagree with me, but after KMS reduced Dual Blade dmg and gave cool down to just about every skill, It doesnt even stand a CHANCE against my shadower, which can already out dmg a dual blade easy before the balance patch. I can go on and on about it, but you have to atleast agree with me on one thing: They are overrated. Even if you think its just by a bit

Calc-wise, DBs out-do Shads by a lot when it comes to single-target DPM (which people seem to be most concerned about for some reason over everything else). xD But eh, I don't like how they're set up when it comes to survivability. Unless I'm really missing something, they're gonna be more HP-wash + HB needy than ranged characters at bosses (ranged HP as a melee, yeah...). xD

High DPM'ing, super flashy class with low HP that'll bar it from a lot of bossing = people are gonna totally wash that thing. xD @above: The thing is, if it's a lot like Archers' Puppet, it's gonna be useful at some bosses, but when you're bound to be hugging some bosses like Zak, Scar, etc., I don't think it's gonna save ya. xD

If you get another slot, no theyre not overrated. But thats not the main reason. Other than my first point, i think theyre overrated.

Anyone remember arans dmg in kms b4 gms? After it got released in gms the dmg was like 3 times bigger than in kms vids.

Isn't every class overrated? And for the record, Dual Bladers aren't worse than Bandits... they are also not better than Bandits. They're different than Bandits and that's about it. Their attacks hit more times, but ultimately hit for the same approximate damage. Their moves may be a bit flashier and they'll have a bit of variety, but in the end, they're just another thief class. Saying that Bandits are better is just as pathetic as saying that Dual Bladers will be better.
