Female and Male characters.

I've seen a lot of people complaining about being weird for playing a female character when you're a male IRL or vice versa. I dont know about you but I dress my character how I feel. I'm talking about all the games I've played not just Maple. So if I make my character look like I feel if I was a female playing a male character wouldnt that mean that I want to be a male IRL? Wouldnt those be my feelings? So if you are human too you must have the same feelings... Pretty much what I'm saying is if you play a female character in a game but you're a male IRL you want to be a female. <-- Maybe I'm wrong... I dont wanna dress like I do in the games IRL As HeavenSkies said "In some games i like to choose boy avatars jsut because they look better, but that doesnt mean i want to be a boy in real life."

i made a female character because people seem to be more nicer to them and i am not a gold digger because i dont go around spamming need mesos for pots. i also made one because most of the haircuts you get from amoria aren't uglt. the ones for boys are very ugly except if you are lucky.

Honestly, as long as you're upfront about it, I don't care. If you tell me your name is Bob and that you play a female character, I'll be fine with it. If you run around pretending to be a girl and I catch you three weeks later, stay away from me.

But then again this is an RPG so i guess there will be some role playing going on.

I don't see why anyone even cares. It's a game. Nobody is any of these classes in real life, so why should the gender of the character matter at all? Like I'm sure many people have said in the past, it's a role playing game. It shouldn't even be a problem for people to play opposite gender characters for whatever reason they want, even if it is because they want to be the opposite gender. Whatever their reasons, let them do what they want. It's their story, and nobody says you have to be apart of it if you don't want to be.

I am a male. and just because I play a female does not mean I wanna be one. I started out with my bish, then made a mule account so I could APQ and get a Seal mule and a character of my own to leech (for the extra 10%, if nobody was buying leech for when i was gunna grind on Bishop), I then hit the Stunning level, and that is 64 now it's just a merch .... with said said, how is it that I wanna be a female?

Its really sad. @ the gray blob above me... I wanna kill snails and shrooms IRL... I'm basing this thread on my own opinions and feelings. so its probably different from your thoughts and feelings.

I'm a girl and I actually prefer playing as a boy character. Honestly, I've seen more girls try to screw with me as a boy than guys trying to screw me as a girl. :d TEEHEE, golddiggers.

[/quote] Thats why when people ask me if im a girl i say "No, but i am a female." @kiwiix33 yeah i run into those people some times. I saw someone named "YourNextGF" or something like that. Gold diggers are sad.
