Vista- D/cing at Zakum

I remember a thread about it on the EMS forums where you could post about the d/c errors you got from, the system info of your pc, etc... But did Nexon do anything about it yet? Because last time I went to Zakum, I d/ced at the first arm. :D

I can run it fine o-o, i can wirelessly (its glitchy then) other wise it works

I don't DC at the arms, but at the body. If you DC at the 1st arm then I'm pretty sure its lag or something else.

I installed XP on the other partition of HDD and only play maple in XP. Since I had that and some other problems as well. The other problems were lag and random DCs. But I noticed that I can run the game normally on Seven since the last patch, without lag or DCs (or much less :P), I didnt try Zak on it yet, and if I dont forget, I ll give it a try next time I go there

Do the graphic step, i do it when i am doing zak with my guild (obviously not on this character) At arms you should put your quility at LOW when all arms are down make sure you change the quillity one step to the right... do that AFTER each body spawns. I use vista, i don't dc at zakum. But i do lag when zakum have spawned about 20+ flying mobs

On my vista laptop I just adjust the graphics like what others have said. Start at high quality, and after the 1st body starts go down 1 setting, and again at the beginning of 2nd and 3rd bodies. Also, make sure your drivers and graphic cards are up to date.

maple was made for XP mainly but i heard on spadows blog that they have made some combatablity for vista and windows 7 O.o hopefully it will be released to every version soon once its un bugged

You only d/c if someone use a Ultimate, like blizard or gene. Install XP, it runs much better.

I've made it a couple times till 2nd/3rd body and I'm sure I didn't d/c by a special skill. Didn't lag much either. I've tried adjusting the graphics last time (from high to low) but it still made me d/c. @Azora- That's the problem, I d/c when one of the bodies gets killed, so I can't change the graphic quality after they spawn.

i don't dc as much as i used to. i used to dc before spawn or upon map entrance. now i can 99% last a whole zak run. the thing i do is lower the quality settings after all the arms are killed, then lower it again after the first body died, again after second body, etc. i still do dc if someone uses gene or too many mobs are spawned.
