For less competitive athletes, that's fine. But if you're looking to get BIGGER, STRONGER, FASTER you better start hitting the gym. Those soft exercises won't cut it.

if you're trying to condition you should do sprints and plyo's. long distance running makes you lose muscle.

You'll plateau quickly and won't get the same results if you're doing the same routine daily. If you're working out constantly your muscles have no time for repair, meaning you won't see much gain. I'd do cardio and lower body workouts one day, then upper body and ab workouts the next, which gives at least alternating days for rest.

If you don't want to lose weight you shouldn't be running 3-4 miles a day..

Well, it depends what you are trying to do. If you just want to burn fat, and get toned. You are doing the right thing, although you shouldnt be working the same muscle groups every day. Usually 48 hrs is a good time for repair.
