| Sorry for this long page of text: During break I was assigned this project (due this Friday 4/9/10) I had to do with my friend, Alex. Alex and I are both in different biology classes, so we couldn't work on it on Friday (the day before break started). I gave my worksheet with all my information written on it for her to look at, but after school she left so I wasn't able to get it back. I was like hey! it's alright, I could just text her and meet up with Alex during the break! No, she had lost her phone a week ago and I didn't have her home phone number. Anyways, when I was walking home, my bio teacher happened to go home at the same time too, so I had to ride the subway with her (awkward turtle). We talked, I told my teacher that I gave my sheet to Alex and I wasn't able to reach her over the break. My teacher was like "It's okay, just e-mail me, and I'll give you Alex's home number." I e-mailed her the following day. I never got a response from her. So yesterday, I came to school a little pissed because she never messaged me back, and I was expecting some kind of valid excuse like she died or she went on vacation and didn't come back till spring break ended or something. BUT NO, you know what? During bio, she came up to my desk and she went "Sorry. I forgot to reply." REALLY? WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THAT? AND SHE'S A TEACHER TOO. Anyways... Alex came to school with the project done and wrote my name on it.. but my teacher knows I didn't do crap on it. So today, she tells me to do the whole project by myself... in ONE night. I'm like "ONE night? How could I finish it?" (it's a pretty big project) And my teacher starts giving me attitude. She's all "Well you don't HAVE to give it to me tomorrow *rolls eyes* You could hand it in on Monday, but those were the people who were absent on Friday *rolls eyes*." And I get kind of angry so I said "if you want it tomorrow, then I'll do it tonight...jeez.." Alex is next to me during the conversation and asks "can Liz do half the brochure and count it as teamwork since she gave me all the information" and my teacher turns to me and goes "well you CAN do that *rolls eyes x100* But I know you can do it yourself, since I didn't have you last semester, I want to see the work you can produce by yourself." She gives me attitude, the WHOLE time. She makes it seem like I did something wrong, like I was the one who was too effin lazy to do the project over the break, when she's the irresponsible one, and because of that, she makes it seem like I'M at fault here. Oh and funny. I e-mailed her an hour ago to ask if I could do the project on poster board and she replies with a rude "yeah and use the rubric to figure the rest out yourself" ...gosh. Is it me that did something wrong? I'm mad. So now I have to do the whole project tonight, probably staying up until 4AM to finish it.. Btw, sorry if my grammar/wording is terrible, I can't write good, and I haven't slept these past few days because I had to do multiple essays at |
