Possibly Making a NL

Alright, so I *think* i might make an nl, simply for fun. I think I will make him dexless until level 100*ish*? You need 160 dex for a lampion, correct? I'll be able to get around 50 dex from my current equips + zhelm for him; equips will be [tell me if acceptable?]: 53+ skanda until 100, then 65+ craven until I get my lampion 15 att wg 6 att pac 3/3/3/3 3/3 ring 12 dex bottom 17+ luk top probably 3+ atk fs MoN [after 110]/Dep star I'll have him at 110-120 base dex[anticipating possible 130+ weapons, maybe (but probably not)] so he won't be *really* regular dex. I'll have at least 8-10 sets of ilbis for him as well. Now I have some questions in case I DO make this character [i'm usually against making sin/herm/nls for personal reasons]: 1.Survivability: how often do you nls get hit? Do you die often, and how much hp will i have at 130 [roughly] without washing? 2.Training: How much %/hr will I be earning in late 3rd job? Where will I be training? 4th job [after 120 and TT10/20/30] Uh, well I guess "a couple of questions" would be more correct. EDIT: I also want to find out how much a 65-75 atk Craven will cost me? How about a 70+ Sleve? I'd prefer to spend less than 500m on my weapon.

With that funding, you could have a lot less base dex. 1. I don't get hit very often. You won't die as long as you train on same leveled monsters. Problem is, you'll still get 2-3hkoed and watching your hp is a huge deal. You'll have around 3.8k hp at level 130 2. Bout' 15-30% late 3rd job at whatever you train at (ns, newts, jnp, himes). Then comes newts and skeles, and oblivion 4 later on.

Uuh ur basedex is kinda high, I got 50 basedex and have now with equips 160. 1. I dont get hit very often, its fun to FJ around <3 I got 4,3k HP at 150 (no washing yet, although I lvled with godly int gear, and I have 4,9k mp :O) Ur HP will be like 3,5 ~ 3,8 at 130 2. Training sucks late 3rd job, but the fun begins after ~140. tt30 is kinda expensive, I think like 300~400m in scania now 4th job training, is in the early 120's Newst, preffer get bishop. Or if u can get bishop and HB mule for skele's would be great. After that its ToT (with hber or so, at least no solo) I do recommend u: Keep ur basedex below 100 (to get 60 dex from equipment isnt that hard) Just buy some int gear to Lv the early lvls, like just 4int glove, maby 5-15int overall, 10int raggedy cape or so This will help alot, even if ur not planning to wash yet, u will regret later if u dont. Also, if u dont have more then 1,5b funding, i shouldnt even start thinking about NL

@ Above, what will I be spending 1.5b on? Nothing's expensive until 100+. Star will cost less than 200, so will a 50+ Skanda, I have a wg, a luk top is cheap. I don't feel like dealing with getting 60 more dex from equips, and I wonder if you have a HTP, because I'm using a MoN, and having both is a waste, since MoN is better for TT. 1.5 is overkill since I'm only picking up a claw, mon, luk top, and stars for my NL, yes? I forgot to add that I'm going to have a zhelm at 50.

You don't need 1.5 bil to start a nl... I haven't funded mine yet, and it still has ~700m-1 bil in total equips. Ilbis are deflating, claw scrolls are going down the drain, and everything is being mass scrolled. If anything, you need even less money to make one nowadays. OT: Are your sleeve/cravens hammered? 70+ sleeves (hammered) could go for around 400-500 mil. 70+ cravens can be up to 700 mil at times. I dunno bello prices, so this is just an estimate for the prices I've seen.

Yes, hammered. ilbis are only around 11-13m in bello atm, so thats only 130m on stars.

I have 110 base dex. Lampions are the way to go, seeing as I spent around 300-350m on mine and it's 76 attack. I use around 200 pots per hour at skeles (660k worth) and I usually loot over 1m mesos. I have auto hp so I don't really die that often. Also... You DO NOT need 1.5b to start a nightlord. I started mine with 200k, and now I'm classified as above average.

You don't really need mesos for any first character. I had next to nothing for my hero when i made him as far as equips go, and in a month i made over 1bil, not counting the starter equips [wg, shield, zhelm, dep star, rk and maple glory sword] that i had.
