Re-Install After every PC logout,help!

I've posted this before but with no luck.I need an answer please because this is starting to get annoying.Every time i log out of my PC or turn it off,The next time i try to play,it makes me Re-Install.And it takes like 2 hours!I tried logging on from the game launcher and says there is an install problem. Pleas,I need to fix this problem! I have Windows XP if that helps.

Do your windows accounts have limited userspace? Maybe the userspace has exceeded. Try installing the game into a different location.
