So yea hi. About a week ago I bought a name change for one of my characters. During the purchasing process, I typed in a name, etc... and then I clicked "OK". I waited about a whole minute only to realize nothing had happened and though that I might have not clicked "OK" yet so I clicked it again. Whadda you know, Nexon charges me for TWO name changes to the SAME ign. FML. Then I'm like "yea sure w/e send them a ticket" and so I did. Slowly I started to forget about it and then about 2-3 days ago, I purchased a 10 day 2x card from 1~5 PST. Today, I come home to find characters who got name changes are glitched and gets D/Ced every time they try to log on. I'm getting really annoyed with the horrible service Nexon provides and you can flame about how they're doing their best or w/e. The bottom line is that you pay for bonus features in the game, only to find it COMPLETELY futile and useless because 1- you can't show of your brand new name and 2- you can't show of your brand new name while training on your 2x times. wow that must suk. thats the new glitch thing the new ign change u get dced every time u log in. email nexon i guess?

I can't log in either, same situation. I'm also on a 10 day card, but what can we do but wait. F7

Won't you get conpensated, or whatever that word is? I remember for peolpe who have 2x's and they can't log in, Nexon extended they're cards.

sigh. about 30minutes into my 2x right now and I'm still stuck @ the same exp and all. nothing to do...

That sucks. Nexon is NOT trying their best, I believe, but other people may have different opinions. PS: That ticket you sent will most likely never get a response. I've sent about 5 in the last year, and I haven't got a response from ANY of them.

Next time done buy more then 1 name change. Its like clicking buy gacha. Theres a lag. So i press it again. Then i go out and i get two. next time leave and come back in.

Yeah man, I got the same problem. My old ign was DoenteHeroi. I can't log in with my Hero since I changed my ign. GG for me.

Nexon just doesn't oblige to fix them at times convenient for players.

[/quote] first of, final fantasy 69 is coming out some time now so why bother with final fantasy 13? and i don't need to make a game with no glitches because what im asking of nexon, to be able to play, isn't much. i understand glitches like pypq and all that, but not even being able to log into your character is horrible service.
