How do I get Taunt?

How do I go about getting the 4th job thief skill Taunt? Is there like a quest or something, if so, who do I get it from? Or do I need a skillbook, if so, what drops it?

I recently found a taunt 30 skillbook.. I don't know what to do with it!

How to get Taunt: 1) Find a Stanceless Warrior willing to do El Nath PQ with you 2) Head to El Nath, 3rd job place 3) Let the Stanceless Warrior lead the party 4) Go into the PQ 5) Kill Crogs/Lycans 6) A) Find Taunt! B) If you don't find Taunt... 7) Ask the Stanceless Warrior to remain stanceless until you get it A) If he agrees continue on, B)If not, look for a new Stanceless Warrior 8) and remember to change channels after finishing the PQ (after going into 3rd job place), as it takes about 30 seconds for it to be "available" again 9) Find Taunt, say thanks to the Stanceless Warrior that assisted you 10) Taunt is a Thief skill that requires Lv.10 Shadow Shifter

buy it, there is an auction for taunt 10 (skill book that teaches you it) on bm trite now, only 5.5mil

Also, sorry to be so nooby. What drops B-Step 30? o_O I checked hidden-street, and it doesn't say what drops it.
