Why do you guys blame Nexon America on everything that deals with their games? Even when you flame them, you still play their games. They're not forcing you to play, so if you hate Nexon America, then go play some other game. kthxbai

We have had crappy patches in the past that were NX only patches. If that's not fail, then what is? - So you're saying that if the update isn't an actual update, people should just quit? What bothers me is that even after starting a whole flame thread just toward a company because of a mistake, the people still play. Nexon is doing something right. People still play Maplestory, even when some patches a full of failwhale. EDIT: Also, if you think the updates fail, then don't play. You don't have to worry about the updates anymore because you quit. Most of the time, this is not the case. When updates fail, you guys still play, which makes you guys complain more.

Watch out, random scenario ahead We should keep playing without buying NX. If we keep playing, Nexon will have to pay for the server/ internet costs. However, Nexon won't even get 1 penny and will try to improve to earn some cash again.

[/quote] Nexon is too smart to let that happen. Most of MS players are ignorant and stupid. (no offense) You miss important details and just assume stuff. You guys think Nexon is being greedy and its true sometimes, but most of the time, you don't even need it. The box open thing (gold box and silver box) Alot of the players bought NX to open the boxes and what did they get? CRAP... Then they complain, but they don't realize that they didn't even need to open it. Its a choice and most of the time, players make the stupid choice.

Nexon screwed up or did not live up to my standards are the only reasons you need to complain as a customer. You are just over complicating things.

People are just tsundere for Nexon America. It's kinda funny, but at the same time, it works. I keep playing regardless -- there's really nothing much I'd rather due than waste my life playing a game.

I'd really rather play a different version of MS, if I could in a legal manner (or can understand other languages quite well), as some other Nexon's are actually quite good. I'm left with this, GlobalMS, version. I can say that being an Evan I need those Mastery Books, as they are vital to survival and basic damage. But, understanding your statement, you can counteract with "Oh, you don't need it, you just want it for damage." Well, tell me. What do you mean by 'need it'? Can I say I don't need air because I don't need to breathe?

[/quote] The problem is: MapleStory is the only 2D game that has so much potential and is really enjoyable/playable for a long time. Nexon (MapleStory) basically doesn't have much competition. That's why people keep playing. The only competition for Nexon are p izza s lices, but they suck. Thanks AndroxKnight

[/quote] They bought the rights of the game from Wizet. They run it now but they can't take the credit for owning it completely. Similar to what you said, why does the Wizet logo also appear? Think of it like this. When the atomic bomb was made during world war II you can't say that the government made it. A part of the credit still remains with the individuals that risked their lives to make it.
