Having problems logging in.

Yea, I have a problem. I can't login to the game after the last patch. I open the game, choose my world, choose my channel, choose my character & put in my PIC. After that, the game closes and a box pops up saying "you have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later". Has anyone else had this problem, I have 2 theories(not including that It just me, but that's why I'm asking); My first theory was that its the Broa server thats having a problem. It's not though because someone I know in broa is online. My second theory is that it's only affecting people who had a name change in this Update? Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks In Advance.

I HIGHLY agree with your second theory because i too changed my IGN and it does the exact same thing i posted a thread too asking the same thing

I'd much appreciate it if you can keep me posted if you find out anything, I may submit a tickets soon. Also, if you manage to fix the problem could you let me know how you did it? I'll of course do the same if I don't hear from you, assuming you haven't fixed it yet. EDIT: Nearly 100% sure that it's the name change causing it, because I can login on all my other characters.

Yea seriously this is taking the biscuit a little. We pay them money to buy their NX cash for their game, and now we can't even play.

Now I can't play my NL because all my gear is stuck on my character that I can't login to. On a side note, has everyone who is having the name change glitch submitted a ticket? If we all do then it will probably be seen to quicker.

ive sent 2 so far this is getting very annoying that they dont test somethings out b4 they do patches and all

Thanks alot Nexon, we payed $10 and you guys kick us out :O

I submitted a ticket about 5 hours ago as I was having the same problem. No response to it yet. :/ This sucks..
