Dragon Knight vs Crusader

So I am trying to decide whether to make a Spearman or a Dragon Knight. But I want to know in advance how the later jobs will be. Which is more fun? Any differences in terms of damage? Is the fourth job of a Dragon Knight good? Thanks help will be appreciated.
