You can't get the ones that are for levels under 120 w/o nx.

Hacking yupp that's the only way to get it without using nx but hacking could get ur acc banned my friend tried he got meso hack,nx hack nd this one where u use ur mouse to control ur character where ever the mouse went so did ur character that was the coolest he did and also this other one where he typed in some things and he got some items worth mills he gave them all away b4 he got banned so dnt hack it's bad 0.o

Well, if you ever need nx, you can try filling out surveys in nexon's website. Also, I don't think that you can get it without nx at the moment..

Some guy (tought it was administrator) says that they are gain-able in game.... maybe in a few weeks at next patch you'll get a quest?

They will be obtainable later. I am thinking we cannot do the quests to raise their skill cap until this glasses event is over. At least that is what I think will happen.
