Can't raise mg past 18?

Well, I've seen a few people that have had this problem and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix it yet. I bought my mg mastery book at lvl 35 and did all my evan quests. When I leveled to 40, I went to raise mg from 18-20 but it wouldn't let me. The arrow is just grey even though I have the 3 skill points. Yes, these two lvls into mg aren't a huge issue but it is kind of annoying. If anyone knows a way to fix this, please post here.

Oh well. It's only a 7% difference so it's not a big deal. Just really annoying. They will probably fix it soon. At least we have really high hp for a mage.

For some reason I have one extra skill point in 3rd advance :/ maxed mg and lightining and 1 extra point o: lolwut

okay if you dont know by doing all the evan quest they give you about 1sp each and if you lvl up to lets say you lvled from 39~40 you will get 6sp 3 for one dragon skills and 3for the new set of skills also points cannot carry on

Same with me. I have 3 points to use, but the MG is gray at level 18.

What I'm saying is I can't use those 3 sp on my mg even though its only lvl 18 and not 20.
