I just got my evan to around 3x and i was wondering how should i get the magic guard mastery book or not get it at all

not long, some you only need to sign up and verify you email and you get instantly some surveys, you need to complete the first survey only

If you can wait, then don't get it because Nexon probably will allow them to be obtained in-game by the next patch or something. The patch might not come for a while, and Magic Guard is essential, so if you want to play as your Evan past 5x, you need the skillbook.
