Amoria hair quest

I was just making a pally, and when I got to level 10, and went to do the amoria hair quest, I can't find it. It was there last patch, did nexon change the requirements, or remove the quest? I skipped the maple-island tutorial if that matters.

im pretty sure its available to all lvls cus i distinctly remember doing that on my lvl 9 archer yesterday

@ZeroFriends; I'm not sure.. cause it isnt in my quest list, and when I talk to her she has no quest for me. @Reprieve; I know, I plan on remaking my character until I get the antagonist hair.

[/quote] hmm well nothing much i can do oh and i always try to get that haircut but it takes my like 50 tries and whenever my cousin makes a new char he usually gets it on the 1st or 2nd try and i get so pissed
