I'm REG LUK and I know the Formula is LUK=3+LV and rest into INT but is it BASE LUK=3+LV or TOTAL LUK=3+LV? In other words is it my base LUK that should be 3 above my level or my total LUK? Thanks.

A perfectly regular luck magician would always have his base luck be {level+3}. Your equips only require {level+3} luck to wear though, so you don't really need quite so much luck if you get some from equips (such as a zakum helmet, for example). {total=level+3} is better than {base=level+3}, but may run you into a little trouble if you replace an equip that gave you luck in the future. So, you would probably be best off going with {total=level+3}. It also has the advantage that if you find out you need more luck in the future, you can add more. If it turns out you added too much with the other formula, it's a lot more expensive to remove it.
