Nexon's new trick with Evan

Alright, so here we all are, excited for our new Evan! We've all seen the KMS videos, visited all the blogs, seen the guides/movies/skills, and we're all ready to play! We play our Evans up to level 30 and then realize that Nexon, did indeed, had a trick up their sleeves. Items from the cash shop have no longer become a 'cherry on top' so to speak, but required to fully enjoy your Evan. Yes, you can get your Magic Guard to level 5, but you need a mastery book to get to 20. Same with Critical Magic and Magic Booster. I was extremely disappointed. But don't worry! You get special wand/staff coupons when you buy the packages! This is quite ridiculous. Shame on Nexon for requiring their players to spend money to get a skill maxed. Also, about their comment on 'not making enough money for pirate,' I'm pretty sure between their Cygnus Knights and Aran classes, they have made MORE than enough profit to continue running the cash shop as they always have; There is no need to require nx to max skills. Please share your thoughts on this matter.

[/quote] ok now seeing this made me think of a noob i saw earlier he tried to sell me some icys for 5mill each. now lets compare this noob=nexon just so people wont have to think too hard. so the icys= customer service and the 5mill=nx. so how are we doing this isnt hurting you guys right. so for those of you who are intelligent but cant read between the lines im trying to say is that we pay too much for what we are getting. if absolutely everything was free in maple like there was no mts or cash shop then i would understand the costumer support. but we pay alot and get little or no attention. every time something goes wrong they just give 2x exp for a few hours. and this doesnt really solve the problem it simple covers it up. kinda like a band-aide the wound is still there but you just cant see it.

They use 2x events to cover up mistakes. 2x events are just bigger mistakes, they are hours full of ksers, and unless you are godly, you get worse exp then what you would get on 1x. I know nexon is a company, and companies need money, and they want money, so they will do everything they can. However, I heard somewhere they got elected for the WORST COMPANY (of the year, or something). That shows they really don't care.

So if you wanna make a high lvl dual blade class, you have to spend some nx on skillbooks. I'm enjoying my evan and I didn't think twice about using 6k nx for skillbooks. My nx came from selling stuff at MTS, so I'm good.

[/quote] If they're complaining about the class then why should they play it? It's only common sense, which, in most cases, is nonexistence in the general MS population, heck, even in real life. If you don't want to fork out $20 for a class in a game (which is kinda funny because people fork out anywhere from $30-$500 for a game these days) you don't even have to play, or even to use the game for that matter. Nexon is a company, what do you expect? Do you really think that they'll just sit in their rooms all day long just to please us? Please, lets try to be realistic here, sure their customer support is crap, but think about it; this game has a HUGE amount of players (1mil+) and only a handful of admins, I would love to see you, and you alone, control 500+ people's wants' and needs' for five strait years. $25 Million is nothing to a company, most companies make up around 2-3 Bil if they have a good business. Personally, I think everyone needs to look past just their customer support and the NX you MIGHT WANT TO pay for and look and see what the players themselves are doing to the game. If you made a game and it gets over run with hackers and glitchers and EVERYONE who gets involved sends in a report, your going to get slacky and set a quick and easy way to fix the problem at hand, if you can at all.

Unconfirmed, though. @Above 1) If there's not enough employees, why not hire more? 2) They made $260 million in 2006. Their servers and other necessities cannot cost more than a $1~$3 million a year. And, as far as I know, a GM only makes the average $50,000 a year, and there's only like, 4 of them-- (Exaggeration.) 3) If they don't give a crap about us, as customers, why should we give a crap about their pockets? I would love to see Nexon America crumble and fall as a company.

They thought they would have more with Pirates but over estimated thus ruining them for a little bit, and even with Cks and Arans, they might of just made the expected amount from Pirates. 3) We don't give a crap about their pockets, we give for our character and how we look on an online community which will have no benefits in the near future. You may be the only one that wants NaMS to go down under, people just want them to improve.
