Evan glitched magic guard?

About the book: i heard that it isnt in the patch and they'll include it in the next server maintainace, which i believe is the 5th. This is only what i heard in some other post, dont have factual evidence!

he has the points for maxing both, but for some reason mg caps at 17 and at 40 your left with 3 points that you can't spend on anything

ok, for all of the pple complaining about nexon being cheap, y dont u just spend 10 minutes doing surveys for them? you can easly get around 2-3k in that time and use that to buy the mastery books. just think of it as doing an aran skill quest instead of gaining exp training.
