If you make Evans have to buy their skills at such a low lvl, why not just make the the rest of our skills like that or the game p2p? Because I really want to pay $5 For HyperBody.

I'm also pretty sure monsters drop skillbooks too. This will be the same for Dual Bladers as well.

Those are CS exclusive items and your Evan is screwed if oyu dont fork over at least $6 just for the skills. And while we are at it, we sould make SB, L7, Puppet, MaxHP Increase CSB, and several other early essencial skills for classes cost $2 each in the cash shop, and punish players who dont want to pay by leaving them with only level 5 of their core skills. Thats what this situation is. Nexon is forcing CS Mastery Books on us that where never suppose to exist.

[/quote] And while we're at it, why not force us to pay 10$ for the first job advancement, 20$ for the 2nd one, 30$ for the 3rd and 40$ for the 4th? Or better, 50$ for every character you make! 1 cent for each time you attack!

It's been stated by -Hime- on the Nexon forums that they're obtainable outside of the Cash SHop, as they were for Dual Blades. However, it seems that they aren't listed as a drop or quest reward in the data, so hopefully it's just an oversight and will be fixed in an emergency patch.

People don;t realize this is a good thing, the people that don't use NX are complaining about it the most..If you don't have 2K Nx to buy it what makes you think you'll have 150m+ for the book if it did drop from a monster? And hunting for it basically requires 2x drop and A LOT of pot money...Without 2x drop odds are you'd be looking for it for days.

Who said that you have to make an evan? You can also just go and do 2 or 3 surveys and get 10k+ NX.
