Does anyone know yet how to obtain magic guard or any other skill without nx?

My Characters: ComboSpree - 123 Khaini Aran in Hope

Level 33 currently and no skillbook yet. I would assume that they would have to give us a quest for it eventually since its a F2P game.....but you never know.

lvl 35 72% 19 on Lightning Bolt and 5 on Magic Guard and still havent gotten the quest yet possible lvl 36 because that is when bolt will be maxed

The book is technically only 20mill, I don't think its that big of a deal to buy. the only problem IS having to buy it with nx.... So yeah... o.o
