You go to the map i forgot the name. It is the last map that has the "perion look" then you cross into elinia into the next map. In that big tall map go to the TOP RIGHT platform. Click up at the tent and you'll get to "The Land of Wild Boar II" NOTE LAND OF WILD BOAR I DOES NOTTT lead into Land of wild boar 2

Um I believe you go north of ellinia and once you reach the first "perion-esque" map, you go to the top right platform and there's a hidden street at one of the crosses.
