Character transfer gone wrong?

| Please help me if you've had an experience with a character transfer. Today I bought a character transfer for 25,000 Nexon cash, and selected my character EnviousWays to move from the Khaini server to Bera. I successfully purchased the item from the cash shop, and selected my character for the proper move. Once I returned from the cash shop, I looked for the "Character Transfer" item in my inventory under the cash tab. Without thinking, I double clicked it, skimmed through the words, also without thinking, and his "yes." Then another window popped up asking me for a conformation, and I press "yes," again without thinking. A third window appeared that stated something somewhere along the lines of; "Your character transfer has been successfully canceled." When I saw those words I immediately panicked. I looked for the item again under the cash tab and it has vanished. I'm very confused on what just happened, and I am away I should have used more caution. Please notify me with details of my transaction, and if it was successful or not. If I did accidentally cancel it, and would I be receiving a refund? Can somebody who has had a successful character transfer tell me if I did something wrong? Thank you. Also, who long does it usually take for a character to be transferred? |

| Dam..Sinc you did it on your own will, purposedly or not, you cant get a refund i think. and since you cancelled it...well...no servertransfer =( |

| Well, I did read something about a refund. Can somebody tell me if I was supposed to keep the Character Transfer in my cash tab? or double click it? |

| You were supposed to leave it there in your inventory until the transfer ): you canceled it and theres no way for a refund unless it was Nexon fault that the transfer didn't go through.. =/ im sorry to hear that though . |
