v.84 fix Optimum Lag and Cash Shop D/C?

| Pretty self explanatory, is the new patch going to fix the lag and disconnections? From what I've gathered in the past weeks, it occurs mostly to players in New York and New Jersey, and mostly those who have Optimum internet. I'm slowly going insane because of the lag. |
