Well, they did the same thing in kMS with DBs. You could buy them in the CS or you could just go hunt them.

First of all, Evan doesn't even NEED mastery books for those skills! Second of all, look at the skills! They are skills you get early on! So this is bad, bad, bad! Now nexon is able to control our SP? Whats next? AP/SP cards, where we can pay to get an extra AP/SP Point? Oh dear lord...
