I'm so excited for my field trip tomorrow, I literally can't sleep. I need help. Help.

Haha, I sometimes get that, like before my trip to the summer camp, Fairview. It was a three day long trip, so I was pretty excited. Just keep telling yourself, the quicker you fall asleep the sooner you'll get on the bus! Take some Motrin, read a book, turn on the History channel. Just don't play video games, that activates the entertainment part of your brain back up and you'll be less willing to sleep. If you do fall asleep, it wont be REM sleep, and you wont get a good nights rest.
