Where to get a Stormshear? Is it hard to get it? Also, is it untradable, I have never seen one for sale before! Does anyone have one for sale? lol

I am not sure, but I think you get it from Crimsonwood Keep, as Taggrin, the NPC, carries one. Try going there.
