I doubt these packages are necessary for the skills. They're most likely optional if one doesn't feel the want to look for the skill books. Why start with Evan and not with other classes you say? Because there's almost no point. Evan is new, and there's nothing to ruin. Anyways, just my opinion. Even Nexon wouldn't be this dumb, but I've been wrong before, so I'm holding my breath.

Are Evans coming out tommorow? I know there are several dates of 31st but tommorow, where I live, is the 30th. and on the new patch notes it says its coming out tommorow. .
